  • Founder & Chief Strategy Officer, Wohoši

    Sarah Eagle Heart (Oglala Lakota) is a two-time Emmy Award–winning storyteller, entrepreneur, and executive working at the intersection of Tribal Nations, infrastructure, and emerging technology. She is a co-founder of Wohoši helping to build a new model for sovereign digital infrastructure.

    As Chief Strategy Officer of Wohoši, Sarah leads partnerships, capital alignment, and strategic development, bringing together Tribal Nations, investors, and public institutions to build sovereign digital infrastructure networks. Her work is grounded in decades of relationship-building across Indian Country and a deep understanding of the cultural, political, and economic dynamics required to advance complex, large-scale initiatives.

    Sarah has also served as SVP of Tribal Growth Strategies at True Family Enterprises, where she works with Tribal Nations and institutional partners to advance large-scale economic development initiatives across energy, infrastructure, and community development. Her work focuses on aligning capital, strategy, and long-term opportunities that support Tribal sovereignty.

    She previously served as CEO of Native Americans in Philanthropy and has led work across storytelling, entrepreneurship, and Tribal economic development. Her work centers on ensuring that Indigenous communities are not just participants, but long-term owners in the next generation of infrastructure.

  • Kevin Killer, an enrolled member of the Oglala Lakota Sioux Tribe, has a strong record of public service, policy advocacy, and community development. He served as President of the Oglala Sioux Tribe and Chairman of the Coalition of Large Land-based Tribes (COLT) from 2020 to 2022, where he helped secure major investments in broadband expansion, road infrastructure, innovative housing solutions, and economic stabilization programs benefiting more than 50,000 tribal members.

    Prior to his presidency, Kevin spent a decade in the South Dakota Legislature, representing the Pine Ridge region from 2008 to 2018. During his tenure, he served on key committees including State Affairs and Judicial Affairs, and was elected to the State Senate in 2016. His legislative work focused on equity, infrastructure, and opportunities for Native communities.

    Kevin is also a co-founder of Advance Native Political Leadership (ANPL), an organization dedicated to developing the next generation of Native elected leaders. His leadership has been recognized through prestigious fellowships, examining Truth Healing, and Justice for Native communities in the United States as well as Indigenous Leadership models.

    He remains actively engaged in national advocacy, serving on multiple boards and contributing to policy efforts that advance Indigenous leadership and community well-being.

  • A seasoned operator and investor with a track record of building and scaling ventures across technology, media, and communications. Their portfolio includes investments in companies such as First Who Global Business Solutions, Black Irishmen Productions, NuTek Communications, and Livewire Entertainment.

    Professionally, they have led high-impact sales and strategic initiatives at organizations including Oracle, Sprint, and AT&T—consistently exceeding performance benchmarks and managing multimillion-dollar portfolios. At Oracle, they ranked among the Top 100 Sales Executives, closing complex deals that drove significant revenue growth, and contributed to the development of early-stage companies through Oracle for Startups.

    They also serve on the University of Minnesota Venture Center Advisory Board and were recognized as a “40 Under 40” honoree by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

  • An experienced builder, operator, and investor with a track record of scaling ventures and deploying capital across technology, media, and community-driven platforms. Their investment portfolio includes Warecorp, Impact Hub / Finnovation Lab, and The Uptake.

    They have founded and helped grow multiple companies, including Warecorp, Sophia.org, GoodCarts, and DrupalSquad, contributing to the development of early internet platforms, digital marketplaces, and mission-driven organizations.

    Professionally, they have led global teams and large-scale digital initiatives across Fortune 500 and high-growth companies. As Global VP at Firepond, they built and scaled an international interactive practice ahead of a successful IPO. They have also led major platform innovations including early e-commerce systems, healthcare portals, and large-scale digital experiences for organizations such as General Motors and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and held leadership roles at EPAM Systems.
